Two Rural buildings registered as farmhouse with 7.5 hectares of land mostly cultivated with olive grove. The property is situated near the border between Abruzzo and Molise in a rural area at ten minutes from the beach (box and inclusive ombrellone) and 3 km from the village, served with shops, post office, cash dispenser, chemist's shop, bars and restaurants.
