The property is situated near the border between Abruzzo and Molise in a rural area at ten minutes from the beach (box and inclusive ombrellone) and 3 km from the village, served with shops, post office, cash dispenser, chemist's shop, bars and restaurants.
The village is close to a larger town connected with trains and buses to Rome, Naples and Pescara.
Some distances: from Chieti it is 100 km, from Pescara it is 95 km, from Lanciano and Ortona it is 65 km, from Termoli it is 35 km and from Napoli it is 185 Km, from Roma it is 285 km.
The main house is abut 250 sq.mt., it is all at the ground floor and is made up of four double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), large kitchen with fireplace and sitting area, one large room for tractors and storage having independent entrance.
There is also an outbuilding of about 60 sq.mt. so divided:
ground floor: used as lounge (relax area) with table tennis and reading area;
first floor: independent apartment made up of kitchen with fireplace, double bedroom and bathroom.
